Habeas Corpus Denied!


The High Court struck out the application for habeas corpus to all five Hindraf detainees today. Chief Judge of Malaya Alauddin Mohd Sheriff said the detention was valid and did not violates any procedural limits of the Internel Security Act (ISA). the court have decided that the hindraf had caused threats to the national security due to rally arranged by them.

Presently the Hindraf should know the consequences of their actions. as lawyers, they should think wise before take any action especially matters dealing with public security at national level. public demonstration is not a clever way as it does not help to solve the dispute among us. we have procedures and solve matters by using our own ways. this country does not executes rally or demonstration like what other countries did, in other words, dont you ever that think rally could bring down the government. You are just required to have one simple boy, to drag the ex prime minister, the chief justice, well known lawyers, ministers, and political leaders to get down there, to clear up the vk lingam’s controversial videos regarding the arranged appointment of the former chief justice, Tun Ahmed Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim.

Wow. sounds impressive. a boy, can make up the whole problem and has put the country especially the judiciary institution into a stake of fear among us. he had shows us how a normal citizen, one lawyer, a normal one, could had arrange such conspiracy to select our chief justice?
