It has been a while since I last wrote about Khairy Jamaludin. The battlefields between me and Wenger Khairy last year was the best battle ever, and its no doubt that The Noble Knights are the winner – so far. Recently, the second war of KJ vs Bloggers heats up the blogosphere.
I am not joining the war since my last head-to-head battle against Wenger Khairy. Because I couldn’t care less about KJ anymore. Pak Lah has retired, he fails to be appointed as Cabinet Minister, and the mass media are giving less attention to what KJ is doing.
Despite his position as the UMNO Youth Chief, he is not getting either stronger or weaker. He stays at where he is supposed to stay. I am quite sure DS Najib is well aware about his presence, but his “liability” face cannot put him into Najib’s team. And no hard feelings, I dare to say that he will not even going to be nominated in the next General Election. Read the rest of this entry »

Persoalan saya, perlukah melayu Malaysia ni mengahadapi scenario yg sama utk menjadi seperti melayu singapura???? Hilang tanah, maruah bangsa tergadai baru nak jadi kuat? Perlukah kita jadi sombong dan bangga selepas kita hilang segalanya.. Read the rest of this entry »

Read the rest of this entry »

KUALA LUMPUR – Umno could take a leaf from PAS and set up a wing to tackle issues on Islam, a delegate from Penang proposed. Tasek Gelugor division head Shabudin Yahaya said with the setting up of its own ‘Dewan Ulama’ Umno could forge closer links with the country’s Muslim scholars. “We have to get closer to the Islamic scholars and the way to do this is to set up our own Dewan Ulama,” he said Friday when debating the presidential address by Umno head Najib Abdul Razak in conjunction with the Umno general assembly.
A dewan ulama for UMNO? I am just trying to be realistic here because we don’t want UMNO to be called as “penciplak” to the concept which being brought up by PAS. PAS is the only party which adopted the “Dewan Ulama” system, which is something like a Guardian Council in Iran. A Dewan Ulama functions as the highest council of the party, and forms decision to be taken by the party.
I don’t think the formation of Dewan Ulama will help to assist UMNO in tackling issue on Islam. We have enough of Majlis Fatwa, the Mufti council and Islamic relations division in all states around the country to assist UMNO in tackling issues of Islam. Why should we have another “Dewan Ulama” like what PAS does if for example their Ulama is being controlled by PAS Spiritual Leader TGNA? Read the rest of this entry »

People’s voice must be upheld…
Quoted:

The recent election in
Bagan Pinang is something that is considered as beyond comprehension. It goes against the current political trend today. It is really difficult to understand, what actually causes BN to win? Is it because of Pakatan Rakyat’s inability to show unity? Is it because Isa is greatly pictured by the locals? Is it that Indians have chosen UMNO because of the respect given towards Makkal Sakti? or Is it because of the success of the plan of building better Malaysia through Najib’s concept of 1Malaysia? I don’t really know… – Posted by Aizuddin Sapian

Read the rest of this entry »
