You The One Who Twisted Yourself, Hindraf.
Manikavasagam once told the press that he is totally angry with Teh Chang Kim (Selangor’s State Speaker) with regards to the issue of Klang Bus station. He then made huge controversy as he decided to leave PKR immediately due to certain extends that he has no longer in-line with other PKR’s front men.
But a day after yesterday, he decided to retract his resignation as PKR members and has put it “on-hold” to wait for his Maklhal shakti Boss Mr.Anwar Ibrahim Al-Hindrafi to come back to Malaysia and then he will discuss this later. Manika confirmed that he is not going to renounce the party after a closed discussion with PKR Deputy President Dr.Syed Husin Ali.
He says today that:

Snippets – BAR Council And Iran Braveness
I think The Malaysian Bar is a good organization and medium for lawyers to express their views. they used to become one of the most NGO which against the government’s policies through all these days. the principle of BAR council in matter pertaining to the ISA issue has no diffrence with the opposition’s one.
Well as a group of law practitioner, of course i think they should really uphold the constitution but unfortunately it contradicts with it. although not all issues they are not in the same pole with the government’s action, the Malaysian Bar does not represents their members voice as a whole. they have rights to disagree, but leaving the constitution behind is something undesireble. Habeas Corpus Denied!

The High Court struck out the application for habeas corpus to all five Hindraf detainees today. Chief Judge of Malaya Alauddin Mohd Sheriff said the detention was valid and did not violates any procedural limits of the Internel Security Act (ISA). the court have decided that the hindraf had caused threats to the national security due to rally arranged by them.
Presently the Hindraf should know the consequences of their actions. as lawyers, they should think wise before take any action especially matters dealing with public security at national level. public demonstration is not a clever way as it does not help to solve the dispute among us. we have procedures and solve matters by using our own ways. this country does not executes rally or demonstration like what other countries did, in other words, dont you ever that think rally could bring down the government.
