Answers To Those Who Says UMNO is not Islam

I received one letter from someone and the letter contains several explaination of some details which was spoken by Pas Spiritual Leader Tuan Guru Nik Aziz Nik Mat. The letter clarified that Nik Aziz was right in his justification to claim UMNO for pursuiting the same liberation as Ayah Pin and communist.

The letter also did justified the invitation made by TGNA to have a open debate with UMNO to show UMNO the correct path which was supposedly be brought up by that party in it’s fight for Islam and Malays. I would like to thank the writer of the letter but I am sorry because I don’t have much time to reply back in a same manner, but to have its to be written in this blog is the most affordable thing I can do.

I will reply and I try my best to put foward my argument in the most academic ways in relation to the letter’s substance. Read the rest of this entry »

Read the rest of this entry »

Read the rest of this entry »

Pak Lah Resumes At MinDef As Najib Took Office As PM

One thing Pak Lah never clarify to us – what will happen to his Kepala Batas MP and his ministerial post of Defence. He did agree to pass the legacy as Prime Minister, but nevertheless his position in the government are still a pending question.

We have seen a tradition of the country. PM who passes his seat to his deputy will eventually relinquish all his post in the party and government. Will Pak Lah stay as the Defence Minister and Kepala Batas MP under Najib’s reign? It is a very unique unsolved conspiracy.

My friends told me that Pak Lah is the man who can do that. But I am not feeling them, as I bet Pak Lah will step down as Kepala Batas MP, together with his Mindef Post. However till now, he remain silence upon this issue. People tend to concerntrate more on his PM’s vacancy rather than thinking of what is going on with his latter seat.

We will see.

Vote of No confidence will fail if Zambry, 6 EXCOs still on suspension

I heard that tomorrow there will be a special session after the speaker, Siva has summons all the ADUN to his hall. Why do I said it is his hall? Because he does whatever he wants to it, without observing the laws and the constitution. Its now Siva’s hall, not DUN anymore.

Siva has really crossed the line this time around. Surely he has rammed over the laws and does anything he likes. After the invalid suspension of the MB and the EXCOs, Siva, with advise of his shadow cabinet now had called for the extraordinary meeting tomorrow, likely to issue a vote of no confidence against the reigning MB.

Reportedly, the police have already take over the DUN today, and closed it to disable any events which is likely to take part tomorrow. I am afraid the police are now launching a Coupe de tat, which against the fundamental roots of democracy. The police can take control over the hall to secure any demonstrators from entering it, but they shall not disallow the ADUNs to enter the hall. Read the rest of this entry »

Suspension: Sivakumar Has Crossed The Line – Did not Follow the Law (Karpal Agrees)

Im afraid N.Sivakumar has acted emotionally, abuses his power as the ex-speaker of the Perak State assembly. By all means necessary, he has acted unconstitutionally and eroding the conventions, rule of law prescribed so far as the law is concerned. Action taken by Sivakumar was a clear violation of the Standing Orders of the State Legislative Assembly of Perak.

Under Rule 71 (2) of the orders, when the assembly is not in session, a member can inform the Speaker if there had been violations of the rights and privileges. After receiving the report, the speaker then must refer to the Rights and Privileges Committee and the committee must be reported to the parliament.

Siva did not even give a chance to the MB Dr.Zambry, and the other 6 excos to defend themselves. Thus its violates the priciple of right to be heard, provided in equity, in the eyes of the rule of law. Moreover, the suspension action will prevent the members suspended to carry out their task as the elected reps to their own constituency. Read the rest of this entry »
