Tiada Rayuan Untuk Kes Razak Baginda – Are you kiddin me?

razakKUALA LUMPUR 14 Nov. – Penganalisis politik Abdul Razak Abdullah Baginda, yang dilepaskan daripada tuduhan bersubahat membunuh wanita Mongolia Altantuya Shaariibuu, kini boleh menarik nafas lega apabila pihak pendakwaan mengesahkan tidak akan merayu terhadap keputusan pembebasannya oleh Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam, dua minggu lalu.

Timbalan Pendakwa Raya, Tun Abdul Majid Tun Hamzah, yang mengetuai barisan pendakwaan kes itu, berkata, pihak pendakwaan tidak akan memfailkan rayuan atas alasan hakim yang memutuskan kes telah pun membuat penemuan fakta dalam membebaskan Abdul Razak.

“Tiada komen lanjut memandangkan perbicaraan kes akan bersambung bagi pembelaan Azilah dan Sirul,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan hari ini.

Pada 31 Oktober lepas, Abdul Razak, 48, dibebaskan tanpa dipanggil membela diri terhadap pertuduhan bersubahat dalam pembunuhan Altantuya oleh Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam Datuk Mohd. Zaki Md. Yasin.

Abdul Razak, Pengarah Eksekutif Pusat Penyelidikan Strategik Malaysia, dituduh bersubahat dengan dua anggota polis daripada Unit Tindakan Khas (UTK), Cif Insp Azilah Hadri, 32, dan Koperal Sirul Azhar Umar, 36, dalam pembunuhan Altantuya di Wilayah Persekutuan antara 9.54 pagi, 18 Oktober 2006, dan 9.45 malam keesokannya.

Azilah, dan Sirul Azhar diperintah membela diri terhadap pertuduhan membunuh ibu dua anak lelaki yang berumur 28 tahun itu di Mukim Bukit Raja, Selangor, antara 10 malam, 19 Oktober 2006, dan 1 pagi keesokannya. Mereka menghadapi hukuman mati jika sabit kesalahan. Read the rest of this entry »

We Want To Know What Happened, Razak.

Razak Baginda is a free man now. Having face the 151 days trial, he sufficiently proved prima facie case against him and was acquitted from the charges for murdering the Mongolian model, Altantuya Sharibuu two years ago.

Despite all the allegations, widely spread in the blogosphere, accusing him with Datuk Seri Najib to have involved in this controversial case, the court presided by the Justice Mohd Zaki, with only 11 page of judgment, released him but not the two policeman, which was charged together with Razak 2 years ago.

151 days of trial, accompanied with various evidence, cell-phone log records, bunches of witnesses, the judge only needs 11 page of text, in delevering the judgment to the accused. What a fair and equal judgment allinged with the fact and the survival of the case. Read the rest of this entry »

Let The Police Investigate La Sivarasa!

After examine deeply on what R.Sivarasa said in his press statement yesterday, it can be concluded that he was in his strong feelings that Bala was induced by the police who called him right after the first SD exposed by Anwar Ibrahim yesterday.

PKR vice President R.Sivarasa also puts the blame on current conflict as to whether Bala was induced by persons of interest in this criminal case and the statement was intended to be relied upon. what makes him so confident that the SD was contended to be a true sworn? Bala, Whats and Whos Behind U For God Sake?!

Within in just 24hours,this Balasubramaniam, ex-PI of Razak Baginda withdraws his first SD pertaining to his accusation against DPM Najib Tun Razak. The Star has futher details -

KUALA LUMPUR: Political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda’s private investigator P. Balasubramaniam on Friday retracted the statutory declaration which he made less than 24 hours ago.

In a startling turn of events Balasubramaniam revealed in a second statutory declaration that he wished “to retract the entire contents of my statutory declaration dated July 1 2008. I was compelled to affirm the said statutory declaration under duress”. Read the rest of this entry »
