Speaking up the truth and unraveling the lies to make Malaysia a better place

Why They Hate Anwar So Much

I don’t know Anwar Ibrahim personally and so do other people who supports him as well. My observation is limited to his speeches, his charismatic face and his statement to the media. And my observations are restricted to only by watching and analyzing his political movement from the first day he steps into political world.

I am not his son,nor his brothers or his father. I may not know his behaviour, I may not know his lust whatsoever, because why the hell do I need suppose to know after all. To his die hard supporters, you may not know this man as well. Therefore you must be in the same position as I am now, we share the common views and therefore we are not the right person to judge this man.

I claim his supporters, some of them, they emotionally used to have this hatred feelings to anybody which against Anwar Ibrahim. Please be rationale. Anwar is not an angel. He is a simple human being who commits a normal human routines.

We may not know whether or not he has sodomise this unfortunate guy. So please don’t you cross the borderline by saying that he did or he did not. The final answer still remain uncertain and yet to be decided by the court of law. Again, if it was decided, this is just a preliminary stage of a human trial, the truth is to be revealed at the Mahsyar later.

However, given the facts that Anwar refused to swear in the name of Allah, has somehow shows to us that we have the reason to believe Saiful more than we suppose against Anwar Ibrahim. Still, the non-believers of Saiful accuse the unfortunate boy lies his tongue in front of the God. If he did, he is in serious trouble with the God I suppose. But refuse to swear? Wouldn’t that be a rather common sense to believe that Anwar did actually raped this boy?

Anwar the big gun but small bullet

He is only good in talking and giving speeches. He is charismatic and inspiring. But somewhere in his goodest things, lies something and that something is to be figured out by the court later on. When he was in UMNO, he was as same as other UMNO leaders who hide behind those “komisen” and “subsidi” words.

Now he says “corruptions”.

When he was in UMNO before, he was a good dancer.

When he was in UMNO before, he said Pas and Dap are not rational in their liberations.

When he was in UMNO before, he said the article 153 must be defended. Now he is joining the forces to abolish those rights and privilages.

Long ago when he was in UMNO, affirmative actions is to help the Malays. Now he said for the past decades, that policy has only feed UMNO’s corrupted bosses. Wasn’t he was one of the bosses before?

Anwar Ibrahim. The finest Malaysian double, triple face of Malaysian politician.

“given the facts that Anwar refused to swear in the name of Allah”

He refused to “swear” in the name of Allah on the advise of Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi and other Muslim scholars he had consulted. So just because Saiful swore in a mosque, it means that he is speaking the truth? What is there to stop a munafiq from doing the same?

Sid, people change. For better or worst, that’s up to them to decide. If you reflect at yourself 10 years ago, how informative were you? How mature were you? Could you make a life changing decision back then? Neither can I.

I may not know Anwar personally, but I do believe there is much good in him. For instance, without him, do you think the current government would move quicker than now? Lim Kit Siang – he has been on the opposition side for ages, we don’t really care much about what he has to say. Nik Aziz – pious, old fashioned, but do BN hear what uttered from his mouth other than slanderous remarks? No. Having Anwar as an opposition is good if not great, helps to shake “the can of beans” to know whether it’s empty or not. You have to admit, healthy rivalry is what Malaysian needs these days.

Opposition or government, both are trying very hard to light our future.

About Anwar’s case, if the court finds him guilty, then charge him. If not, that’s between him and God.

At the end of the day, we’re just slaves of God entrusted to look after our His planet.

Dr.Sid: well said noktahhitam. i like your comment.

    Dear Dr Sid,

Many Malays especially young voters are attracted to Anwar or rather his oratory skill.

With due respect to Anwar’s fan, I have doubt on anwar’s sincerity. I can safely conclude that Anwar is the worst Malay politician whom I had ever met.

Anwar never had any qualm in backstabbing other politicians even they helped him in his enrtry into politics.

I still remember the dissapointment UMNO members felt when UMNO announced that Anwar will carry UMNO’s flag during general election in 1982.

They went to see Pak Lah and conveyed their objection to Anwar’s candidacy, the reason being Anwar’s tendency to be rebel rouser( base on his antic in University Malaya) and the fact that he just joined UMNO.

They wantred an older candidate. They asked Pak Lah in his capacity as Penang UMNO State Chief to inform Dr mahathir that to get a new candidate.

Pak Lah in his hallmark “humbleness” advised them to give Anwar a chance. In fact it was Pak Lah who officially introduce anwar to Permatang Pauh folk.

But what did Pak Lah got in return. Anwar worked behind scene to oust Pak Lah from the coveted UMNO Chief post.

Anwar repeatedly told the world how he treat Tun Ghaffar as his own father. The next day he challlenged Tun Ghaffar. Tun Ghaffar, the architect on UMNO’s entry into Sabah , only managed to get one nomination from Sabah .

Anwar implied Tun Dr Mahathir’s govt as being corrupt , only to eat his humble pie when Tun in his ussual brilliant manouvre , published the lists of those who got govt contract. It turn ut that those who are closely allied to Anwar received the most benefits.

Anwar refused to swear. That really an eye opener. If I were accused of sodomy in which the accusation is a slander, I would rush to Masjid negara and swear before full view of press.

What is Anwar afraid of? Divine punishment?

Anwar plays dirty racial tactic. He ridicules policies of UMNO in order to get non Malay support. He chided UMNO, the party that he represent for 16 years.

Actually it is not that difficult to get attention from Western Press. Just condemn UMNO or accuses Malay dominated govt as being cruel.

May Allah SWT in his Infinite Mercy spare Malaysia of this horrible man. Whatever mistakes the Malay ever made, please do not punish us by giving power to this mad man.

Dr.Sid:shamsul anuar, i remember that day. utusan newspaper displayed the picture of Tun Ghaffar with a plastic bag preparing to get out from malaysia. it was a sad day for the old man. Anwar was a very cruel politician – like he always did until now.

  5. shamshul anuar says:

    Dear Menj,

The essence of swearing is to invite divine punishment should one lie. That is the real essence of swearing.

One can lie while swearing. No doubt about that. But honestly, why Anwar is so afraid to swear. why? If he had not done as what alleged by saiful, why not swear.

Why just follow ulamak who is aggreable to you. what about ulamak who are not agrreable to you. There are many ulamak who want you to swear.

In Islamic tradition, swearing is a big thing. It is seldom done. why? because it is consider “point of no return”.

Ussually tho who want to swear are advised to think it again and settle in other way. Swearing is equivalent to asking or divine punishment.

So, anwar, do swear. Unless you have something to hide.

Dr.Sid: he did has something to hide. for obvious reason.

    Saudara Chairman Kaga,

Saya cadangkan saudara gunakan bahasa sopan kalaupun saudara tak mampu beri ulasan yang membina.

Hindarkanlah melabel orang lain dengan gelaran yang hina.

  7. Chairman Rikage says:

Tah ape ape la kaiga ni, letak nama chairman macam intelectual la konon.. haha ada hujah bernas ka? klu tak da pi tanam jagung r

  8. Humanity says:

yup we could not make judgment but rather to be speculation base on the fact we got which may be remain doubtful. we should only judge using our sanity not insanity.. anwar is human not god that should be worship.. we must admit his fault bukannya nak menegakkan benang yang basah

  9. coolooc says:

That is why malay is the most arrogant, corrupted, racist and terrorist race in the world. To the world population, malay is only a minority. And yet, still keep on talking about Islam, Muslim, Syariah law. Shame on you!

  10. SAPAmeLAYU says:

The Pandora’s box has been opened & the damage is done. Now, due to one a”hole’s being power mad & control freak; every non-bumi can clearly see how the bumi’s voice/vote became 3-stooges.
The so-called component parties in BN hardly need to do anything because they know their causes are now championed by the offspring of PAP if u-no-wat-i mean-jellybean ;)
    And the band played on

  11. shamshul anuar says:

    Dear Coolooc,

As far as everybody knows( except you of course) , Malays never once claim to represent the whole Muslim community worldwide. Therefore, I find your statement is bordering on insanity.

What is wrong for Malays to speak about Islam. i find that is a good idea. Why cant Malays talk and defend Islam, the religion they adhere?

And Malays generosity is I can safely say unparalelled by world standard. At eve of independence, they were then willing to grant almost 2 million citizenship enbloc. An unimaginable charity by world standard.

But of course, some people can be as blind as bat.

  12. shamshul anuar says:

    Dr Sid,

I agree with you. Tun Ghaffar, like all of us have his own weaknesseses. But surely he deserved much better treatment.

He was appointed as the DPM, not that he really wanted the post. He was offered the coveted “Minister of Education” but he chose less glamorous “Rural affair Minister”.

He was repeatedly offered awards by Sultans and Governors but he rejected many many times. Finally he accepted the award in 1995. tHat shows character.

He was viledly treated when Anwar challenged him. I am until today angry at Anwar for disrespect towards Ghaffar Baba. That is the time when I realise Anwar is useless.

Once my friend from Sabah told me that the only reason why Tun Mustapha was willing to dissolve USNO to pave way for UMNO’s grand entry into Sabah was that Tun Mustapha trusted Tun Ghaffar. Tun Mustapha, according to my friend would not trusted other politicians.

I have great respect for Tun Ghaffar. He was able to capture the heart of many due to his simplicity and honesty.

That is what Anwar is sorely lacking .
