“Makkal shakti!makkal shakti!makkal shakti! We will do a 25 November again!”
So proud, emotional and racist. Yes, they who are in this video are racist. Why see this as Indian problem as a whole? Why not Malaysian? If the late Kugan could sing Negaraku, he is a Malaysian and thus we must look it from Malaysians perspective, not Indian.
That is why I said previously, that Malaysia is not ready for the Bangsa Malaysia yet. We are same colors, but same heart, no. Should the police take responsibility? Yes. According to section 15(3) of Criminal Procedure Code, nothing in this section allows the police officer to cause death to the accused which is not under death or life imprisonment offences, and according to the people interviewed in this video, this poor K ugan wasn’t be brought before the magistrate and subsequently infringed his right under article 5(3) and 5(4) of the Federal Constitution that, a person after his detention must be produced before the court to take the remand order.
Okay the police might have violated the laws, but of the different sides, the police are yet to come out to explain. So be fair, I call upon the Home Ministry and the AG Chamber to conduct a conclusive investigation to uncover the truth.
People might have their own opinion on this issue. I am of the opinion that the police isn’t an Angel of God. So they have feelings. We oftenly hear things like suspect is uncooperative toward the investigation process, fight back the police, and whatsoever.
So the police, like I said just now, isn’t Angel. They have feelings and emotion too. Late Kugan must has his own explaination but unfortunately he is not around to tell us anymore. Maybe the police was doing something to obtain information, in which they, without any intention to kill him, accidently killed him.
This is something normal in our life. As a lawyer to the police, we can use the defence of provocation, or maybe a sudden fight had occured or something else. You think for yourself la defense counsel. Many might say that Im making fun of this issue. If that its, what fun do you mean? This already have occured, and let the court decides. I suppose that its not a problem to suggest for defences to the police, right?

Racist
Those racist in the video have no idea on how this might inflict to a better racial disgust. Why see police as Malay only? If so, no wonder the police really put their arms in solving things like this?
Dont blame the police solely. The police was trying to obtain information and I am sure they have no intention to kill this poor guy. They are conducting an investigation and several blows needed to make a person speaks (I know this is wrong in the eyes of law but don’t pretend as if you didn’t know about this procedure?)
Come on, its normal. Not only Kugan, but Abu and Ah Chong could have suffered the same procedure too. But Kugan was underprivilaged and died on the scene. Thats all. Not an issue, go and take the police to the court, and no need to demonstrate Makkal shakti or whatever. This is racist. Those in the video are racist.
Q: Dr.Sid doesn’t respect the family’s victim? A: Its not about respect, now we must look foward to punish the wrong doer in which this case, might be the police in charge. What can the family do? Even if they cry, they will not get back their son. But those demonstrators in the video were there for many reason, and Kugan wasn’t only the fact that they were there.
Grow up la people. Please.

you can never tame a snake..hisss
Apa beza dengan Zionis? Sama je.
Everywhere in this world, they are the same, hissssssssssss…
why are we protecting criminals? we blame the police all the time, and yet our sociey is full of crime. everyone has a choice in choosing their way of life, no matter how dire it is. this person chose to be a criminal. caught fleeing from the polce, stealing luxury cars. sounds like an organized crime. so even if he is poor, does he have the right to steal from others? the society had failed in recognizing the hard-core poor, and helping them. even then, does that mean, these ‘hard-core poor’ have the right to steal or do crime, just because the circumstances lead them to it. they can choose not to steal, right? they can choose to get an honest job. if a bangladeshi can work for rm10/day, why can’t they? cleaning toilets or the streets are beneath them, just because they are malaysians? or Indians? labourers are part of the society, without them, society can’t function. we, on the other hand, can live without criminals. we don’t need them. why can’t we, the society give a strong message, that criminals are not welcome in our nation. you choose to be a criminal, then you’ve chosen an terrible fate for yourself and your loved ones. YOU CHOSE YOUR LIFE! Don’t make this a racial thing. hard-core poor involves all Malaysians, regardless race, religion. Crime is very real in our society.
You are the bloody racist scum.
[...] man is evil Today Dr. Sid confirms what I have always suspected – this man is evil. First he seems to condone an assasination attempt on the newly elected President of the United [...]
Kugan is buried together with the votes that should have gone to UMNO.
Now the votes are gone . Forever.
It is a matter of time, when UMNO will be buried too.
Sid,
Well said. The interrogation process may have gone over the edge sometimes with the police force. It’s an open secret where everybody knows about it but nobody seems to care or allowed took any proactive action. But that’s how it’s when dealing with criminals. It can sometime got ugly. It has happened quite number of times where an alleged criminal brutally beaten up while in police custody. Ask Mat Rempits, Mat Pits who had spent a night in police lock up. I’m not saying it’s good thing to do to an alleged criminal but police force need to soften it’s workflow. Well, everybody know that the one beaten up to death is just the ikan bilis, while the ikan jerung out there walking free just like us.
Regards,
HD
What would be your reaction be of the Police if your brother or close relative had been a victim like Kugan? Would you still be a Police lover then?
bagi muka nak peha, penjenayah sekarang dah jadi hero..hero pariah!!!!!!
lepas ni mesti si karpal tu melatah lagi
the reason why i wrote this; im tired of people saying Malay as racist, macam la mereka tak racist?that is one.
secondly, HD was right. do you think the police really want to kill this poor guy? thinktwice. the police are not that stupid. like i said, its and accident, nothin to do with any police lover, bala.
oh no!im evil! a very lame try, padedoh. come again next time with a better argument, with nothing personal. i know you hate me.
RAcism,is undead…One can claim he’s not racist..but 99 more are..It’s not expressed, but can be seen impliedly…but yea..we are still light years away from the Bangsa MAlaysia..
I agree that some of the ppl in the video looks or acts racist.
But…why are they acting in such a way….??
Are they born like that or they were pushed/cornered and left helpless so they had to respond in such a way?
Personally the malays and chinese that I know are nice people…not racist at all…but then again Im sure not all of them are like that.
And I think the indians and the malays get along very well.
I think any races who grew up together would get along very well and as for Malaysians after more than 50 years of independece we should have totally free from racial issues.
Wonder why we still have problems? Where it went wrong? School?
racist? bangsa malaysia? those term only for politics. politician are the racist to begin with. either BN or PR, they all the same. they use those term to fulfill their political ambition. and those who support this kind of politics are the poor thing.
Eh, malaysian indian, u rasa di US sejak2 Obama jadi president, mereka2 ini sudah tidak racist lagi?
Dr Sid,
We shouldn’t waste time to create a new BANGSA MALAYSIA. I’m proud to be a Malay (Bangsa Melayu) in a given country called Malaysia. The same feeling goes to Chinese, Indians, Iban, Kadazan and etc.
Let us re-focus our thoughts and minds to accept our cultural differences in eating, drinking, doing business, dressing and governing etc.
Each of us have our own ancestor related glories which we cherish deeply. The country will be more stonger than ever with this mind-set.
when u are bad -you deserve to die . be it malay/chinese/indian. if the malay mat rempit/addicts or chinese ah longs or indian gangsters were hack to death-let it be. they are nuisance to the society.
well, lest one racist criminals…
i’m still having this grudge against “SOME” keling who stole my mother garden set…
the whole garden set… solid besi..
fuck…
If i were receviving free money from ASB, free ride thru university although i’m actually too stupid to get in, promotion although actually i’m too stupid/lazy/incompetent to deserve it, special priviledges in business although in actuality i am also an immigrant from another country and the only true natives are the orang asli….I would keep my mouth shut and be thankful.
Other countries may have racial discrimination. But Malaysia is the only country in the world that ACTIVELY and LAWFULLY discriminates the MINORITIES. RAther odd isn’t it..in most countries the minorities are protected. Here it’s the other way round.
And even after all the priviledges for more than 50 years…u still can’t stand on your own two feet. Tak malu ke?
